Geotechnical Evaluation for Timber Products Manufacturer

A major timber products manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest selected Cross Reiter to conduct a geotechnical engineering evaluation for the expansion of their logyard operations. This expansion included the development of new material and product storage areas, operational space, access roads, and stormwater management infrastructure. Cross Reiter planned and executed a comprehensive subsurface exploration program, devised strategies to mitigate the impacts of soft, organic soils, and authored a detailed geotechnical engineering report to support project permitting, design, and construction.
