Cross Reiter is a woman-owned small business specializing in civil and geotechnical engineering. We are consultants, technical experts, and project management professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, impeccable deliverables, and significant value to every project we undertake.

We have 30 years of combined experience working with major municipalities, multinational construction contractors, and engineering consulting firms across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and California.

We are certified as a women’s business enterprise (WBE) by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE).

We donate a portion of our profits each year to a selected charity focusing on women and minorities in STEM education. We are proud to support these organizations and help create opportunities for underrepresented groups in science and engineering. In 2023, we donated 1.5% of our profits to the Hispanic Academic Achievement Program (HAAP), which provides scholarships to Hispanic students in the Columbia Valley. In 2024 we traveled to rural Tacuaras, Paraguay and committed to fully funding tuition fees for a young woman seeking a career in engineering.
