Bluff Management Plan

The City of Langley selected Cross Reiter to complete geotechnical evaluations for City infrastructure on five steep shoreline bluffs overlooking Saratoga Passage. We are authoring a comprehensive bluff management plan with recommendations, cost estimates, and implementation schedules for capital improvements and maintenance activities to balance bluff stability, ecological function, shoreline access, and views.
