Laura Cross Reiter is a civil engineer and project manager specializing in the design and construction of public infrastructure. Over the last 16 years, Laura has successfully supported and managed hundreds of complex capital improvement projects for communities in the Pacific Northwest. Her technical expertise and qualifications have led her to become a trusted industry professional in the design of transportation systems, water systems, and wastewater facilities.
Before founding Cross Reiter, Laura honed her skills working for a top regional engineering consultant and a large municipality in the Puget Sound area. She has earned a reputation for her project management abilities and her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout every project phase, from initial design through construction.
Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (BSCE) from the University of Washington and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington.
Mike Reiter, PE
Mike Reiter is a civil and geotechnical engineer specializing in slope stability, landslide mitigation, excavation and support systems, earth retention, seepage and settlement, and foundation engineering. Over the course of his 14-year career, he has leveraged his expertise in soil mechanics and groundwater seepage to design solutions as the engineer-of-record for hundreds of successful projects.
Prior to his graduate work in geotechnical engineering, Mike gained practical experience as a general civil engineer, specializing in the design of transportation, stormwater, water, and wastewater infrastructure. This dual expertise in both geotechnical and civil engineering allows Mike to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of ground conditions and the built environment.
Mike holds engineering degrees from the University of Washington (BSCE) and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (MSCE). He is a licensed professional engineer in Washington, Oregon, California, and Idaho.
