Cross Reiter regularly provides geotechnical engineering services to support property development and landslide stabilization efforts throughout Western Washington. We provide pre-purchase due diligence services to evaluate potential geologic hazards, development limitations, and feasibility. We also complete geotechnical studies, slope stability evaluations, and author geotechnical engineering reports. Our work facilitates safe development, slope stabilization, landslide repairs, and critical areas permitting on steep slopes, within landslide hazard areas, and on Puget Sound shorelines.
